Thank you for speaking with the class teachers and making appointments with me regarding information to support your child as a learner into 2020 and for following our Class Allocation Policy. We are working to create the best class groupings that we can, your information will be considered carefully. We have not finalised the classroom plan for the year and will communicate this when it is decided.
At the Community Council meeting on Wednesday night we looked at the plan for the refurbished senior playground.
We also looked at the exterior design drawings of the new toilet block.
Happy weekend.

On Monday Mrs Grant visited Lumen Christi to present Appreciation Certificates to all the students involved in the St Pat’s Class Retreats. St Pat’s students provided the student ministers with feedback after the retreats. Here are some of the highlights and concepts they found interesting:
- Cooking with biscuits
- Learning about caring for the environment
- Statistics about pollution
- The population of homeless is the biggest in the Bega Valley
The Class Retreats theme of social justice lead students to many wonderings and fostered a generous culture of giving. This was evident at today’s Giving Mass where the school presented their Christmas Hampers to St Vincent de Paul representatives.

Donated Goods Needed
Cubby House Toys – our new cubby needs some imaginative play toys! Do you have any toys you no longer use in good condition? Things like kitchen utensils and toy food, outdoor table and chairs, baby dolls and equipment.
Music iPods – we are in need of some used ipod nanos, which are the small music playing device. They are great for listening to calming music without the distraction of other apps.
Please see Mary Kite if you have goods to donate (check first, just in case many people have items to donate) – mary.kite@cg.catholic.edu.au
