The Merimbula Lakeside Lantern Walk is happening Saturday 5pm 11th of June. 

Commencing at Spencer Park, lantern bearers will then begin the walk from 5.30pm, making their way into Beach Street and ending near Twyford Hall.

 Inspired by this community event, our Spanish lessons over the following weeks will be focused on learning about some of the reasons cultures celebrate with lanterns, and crafting unique fiesta designed lanterns during Spanish lessons over the coming weeks. 

On behalf of St Patrick's, Miss Grainger would like to invite families to attend the festivities and enjoy lighting up Merimbula with their children's lantern. 

It would be lovely to have a school group share the fun and light up the night with some of our St Patrick's creativity, spirit and joy.
