This week as a school we celebrated The Resurrection of Jesus with an Easter Liturgy.
1 Peter 1:3: "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
Supporting Students
Term 2 has now kicked off for students across Australia. Term 2 can be tough to navigate. This is especially true for students who struggle with executive functioning challenges. The I CAN Network team is filled with Autistic and other Neurodivergent members who can certainly relate and we trust that many adults in our network can relate as well!

Place Management NSW, Sydney Learning Adventures and The Rocks Discovery Museum are pleased to invite your students to take part in our 2022 NAIDOC Week Art Competition.
All entries will be displayed at The Rocks Discovery Museum and on our websites from 20th June – 20th July 2022 in celebration of NAIDOC Week 2022.
CATEGORIES: Winners from each category will be invited to attend the unveiling of the artworks.
Primary: K - Yr 2, Yr 3 – 4 & Yr 5-6
Secondary: Yr 7 – 9 & Yr 10-12
Tertiary: University students
Prizes include:
Vouchers for use in The Rocks Precinct
Requirements
- Artworks must relate to the NAIDOC Week 2022 Theme - Get Up! Stand Up! Show Up! Students should include a brief explanation or story to accompany their artwork.
- Entries can be either a physical or digital piece, no larger than A4 size.
- Entries close on the 30th May 2022. Physical copies can be sent to 66 Harrington Street The Rocks 2000, Attention: The Rocks Discovery Museum. Digital entries can be sent via email: pag.therocksdiscoverymuseum@property.nsw.gov.au
- Entries should be clearly labelled with the following: Name of student and school including contact details, category/school year. All entrants need to complete art usage consent forms and return with entry.
