PARENT TEACHER INTERVIEWS
Next Monday November 22nd parents will have an opportunity to book in for Parent Teacher Interviews with their child's classroom teacher to discuss the Semester report and their child's progress this Semester.
- Parent Teacher interviews will occur in Week 10; Monday December 6th until Friday December 10th.
- Semester Reports will be available to parents on Friday December 3rd via Compass. More information to follow.
LET'S LOOK AT ALL THE LEARNING HAPPENING AT ST PAT'S THIS WEEK
YEAR 2/3L EXCURSION TO BOURNDA ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION CENTRE
The teachers, as well as Luke and Jules at Bournda praised the Year 2/3 students for their exemplary behaviour, respect, following the rules and team work while at Bournda. Students became scientists when participating in dip netting in Bournda Lagoon and classifying the many invertebrates they found.
"We found out that goannas can be camouflaged. We found many tiny little animals in the lagoon. The ball tossing was lots of fun." Bailey Evans Taylor
Bournda teachers also organised highly engaging team challenges including the Holey Pipe game. They were grateful to have a class out there, the first for quite some time. So smiles all around!!
KINDERSTART NUMBER 2
Our 2022 Kindergarten students attended St Pat's on Wednesday for the second of three engaging and fun sessions to assist with their transition to St. Pat's next year. Our Year 5 leaders were again meeting, greeting and farewelling our 2022 Kinders.
LEARNING IN THE GARDEN
Some of our St Pat's students worked with Mr Dan Bakker in our school garden this week, clearing, weeding, mulching and replanting.
