Dear Parents and Carers,

Do you have 5 minutes at 8.55am on any weekday morning? You would be most welcome to attend our short welcome assembly in the COLA.

On Mondays we have a more formal assembly with the school captains and vice captains taking the lead. Assembly begins with a welcome to country, and during assembly the leaders announce birthdays and house points, and other key messages for the week.  Assembly ends with the flag raising and national anthem.

On Tuesday - Friday assembly is different. We begin with a welcome song, sometimes have brief messages, but predominantly the time is for teachers to honour individual and groups of students for following the school rules and living out the three school pillars. Children are asked to stand, the teacher gives a short message to congratulate and we all celebrate.
