Dear Parents and Carers,

Welcome to Term 4!

We have begun with a flourish of activity and learning this week. Yesterday the whole school were WOWed by the talent of the Lumen Christi Catholic College Musicians, Actors and Singers at the 'We Will Rock You' concert. Well done to the cast and crew on a fantastic performance.

A pleasant surprise this week to have a visitor from Bega Lions club presenting us with 2 picture books. Maicey was there, so she graciously was the recipient of the books. Thanks Bega Lions, we will enjoy adding these books to the library.

During the school holidays we were so happy that the playground shade roof was finally installed, just in time for summer. How interesting to note that a past student Lachie was part of the building team who constructed the roof! Thanks Lachie and everyone involved. Thank you to the Community Council for the $5K contribution to the construction costs! 

We are looking forward to 'A Taste of St Pat's' Multicultural Expo this afternoon in the hall. I hope you can come. Thanks in advance to all the students and teachers for the great Expo stalls of information, thanks to the K-2 students for their entertainment and a BIG thanks to all the parents who contributed by giving us a 'taste' from their country / culture!
