NAIDOC Week Celebrations at Our School
Our school celebrated NAIDOC Week this week. Our students and staff delved into the rich heritage of Australia’s First Nations people. Here’s a glimpse of the festivities:
1. Boomerang and Spear Throwing: Students tried their hand at traditional boomerang and spear throwing.
2. Art and Storytelling: Our creative minds painted vibrant scenes inspired by Dreamtime stories.
3. Liturgy: We gathered for a special liturgy, honouring the spiritual connection to the land and its stories.

Celebrating Our First Footsteps!
This week marked the kick-off of our Footsteps Program, a journey of connection, learning, and community building.

1. Transition to School: We’re helping our little learners take those first steps into the exciting world of education. From preschool to kindergarten, we’re there every step of the way!
2. Community Connection: We believe in the power of partnerships. Our program brings families, educators, and local organization together. Together, we create a vibrant network of support for our students.
3. Learning Adventures: Footsteps isn’t just about walking—it’s about exploring! We’re embarking on learning adventures, discovering new skills, and nurturing curious minds.
