Dear Parents and Carers,

The first week of K-2 swimming has been a resounding success with our children growing in confidence and competence in the pool. Thanks to Mark, Zoe and the Bega Pool team for making swim lessons so enjoyable for our students.

Year 6 students enjoyed the celebration day of their Boys and Girls programs on Tuesday. The boys headed to the Cooma Car Club and were treated to a feast by the program facilitator Tony Nassar at his restaurant, Roses, in Cooma. Thank you to the parents who were able to car pool for this excursion to occur.

 

The girls went to the Archibald exhibition at SECCA and then walked to the Heritage Centre for lunch. On a hot day they still had only great things to say about their day out together. Thank you to Mrs Noack for organising the day and for Ms Hocking for her support on the day.

 

Thank you for your presence at the end of year Parent Teacher Interviews this week, our teachers have been so thrilled to be able to share with you the progress of your children in the 2023 school year. School reports will be available on Compass on next Monday 11th after 4.30pm. 

Looking forward to seeing everyone for our fabulous Christmas Festival tomorrow from 10-2. A big thanks to Tam, Carmen and their team of elves for preparing this Christmas fun for us! Thanks if you have put your name on a roster to help out on the day. As you know, all the proceeds of the day go to support our school.

Can't wait to see who gets to Plunge the Principal. Hoping there are no ACCIDENTAL plunges this year!
